Due to the fragility of our products and their limited expiration date, we have a very simple return and refund policy. It is not possible for us to accept returns just because you change your mind. However, we will accept returns if the product is highly damaged or lost in delivery. In the event that a product is damaged or lost, you must have proof of the loss or damage.
